3. Monetary Adjustment to Costs for FY 2007 Graduation
   Motions:
   

   I recommend approval of the revision in FY 2007 High School Graduation costs from $252,000 (approved in February and April) to $345,250 (an increase of $93,250 due to omission of costs listed in Exhibit A from the Palm Beach County Convention Center), effective May 16, 2007 and authorize the Superintendent to sign all related documents and contracts.	-	PASS
   Minutes: The approved original contract for the FY07 graduation included agenda item AC-3 FY07 at the February 21 2007 meeting for $252,000 will need to be increased an additional $93,250 due to the omission of a line item in the original contract submitted by the Convention Center. The Palm Beach County Convention Center have been reserved graduation ceremonies for the Adult Education Centrer, summer school, and 23 high schools which include the following: ° Alexander Dreyfoos School of the Arts ° Atlantic Community High ° Boca Raton Community High ° Boynton Beach Community High ° Forest Hill Community High ° John I. Leonard High ° Jupiter Community High ° Lake Worth Community High ° Palm Beach Central High ° Palm Beach Gardens High ° Palm Beach Lakes Community High ° Park Vista Community High ° Royal Palm Beach Community High ° Santaluces Community High ° Seminole Ridge Community High ° South Tech Academy ° Spanish River Community High ° Suncoast High ° Survivor North ° Survivor South ° Wellington Community High ° West Boca Community High ° William T. Dwyer High.
